Purpose

이 파일은 다음 AI Agent가 같은 시행착오를 반복하지 않도록 실수, 실패한 명령, 잘못된 가정, 우회 방법을 기록한다. 단순 진행 상황은 PROGRESS.md에 기록한다.

Manual index generation initially assumed that a section ended at the previous file whenever its next structural heading was in another chunk. This truncated Section 2.1.23 because its body continues through AbaqusUserSubroutineManual_068.md:222 before # Appendix A: at line 226. The corrected rule always considers the lines before the next structural heading in that heading's file, then trims trailing blanks and source-page comments. Preserve the explicit 2.1.23 three-file regression case when regenerating the index.
The first structural-heading matcher did not recognize a top-level heading written as # 2. Utility Routines; it therefore extended Section 1.3.2 through _060.md:21. Structural boundaries must accept the optional period after a top-level chapter number. Preserve the _060.md:13 end-line regression for 1.3.2.
Removing guidance documents can leave stale Read first prerequisites inside skill instructions. When a document is retired, scan .codex/skills/**/SKILL.md for its path and remove or replace the prerequisite in the same change.
