+- feature id
+- changed files observed for this phase
+- command log summary with exit codes and short evidence tails
+- validation results for:
+  - harness self-test
+  - CMake configure/build
+  - CTest
+  - feature-specific tests
+- failure classification if anything failed
+- explicit statement that this report does not approve reference verification or release readiness
+
+Do not change source or tests in this step.
+
