No-file-diff T2 evidence for source 3ecb8655a292b6da4f17719756eac7cf1634fa8b.
Native and CMake x64 Debug/Release compile/link: all four exit 0.
CLI plus three test EXEs per configuration; dumpbin 64/64 exit 0.
48 adjacent runtime files match installed source SHA256; static closure issues 0.
Debug mkl_tbb_threadd.3.dll -> tbb12_debug.dll; Release mkl_tbb_thread.3.dll -> tbb12.dll.
