+# Dependency와 빌드 경계
+
+이 영역은 package 탐색·project-owned dependency target과 실행 환경 연결을 소유한다.
+설치된 개인 경로를 source contract로 고정하거나 자동 download를 추가하지 않는다.
+
+- GoogleTest는 승인된 local source checkout을 사용한다. MSVC runtime을 FESA와 맞추되
+  외부 source tree 자체를 변경하지 않는다.
+- MKL·TBB·HDF5의 vendor target 차이는 Fesa-owned target 뒤에 둔다. Vendor 타입이나
+  include requirement가 public solver core로 역류하지 않게 한다.
+- Windows DLL·OpenMP·Intel runtime staging은 link와 별도 검증 대상이다. 개발자 PATH의
+  우연한 dependency로 성공한 것을 독립 배포 검증으로 간주하지 않는다.
+- Target graph·preset을 바꾸면 configure·MSVC compiler·실제 CTest discovery와 runtime
+  loading을 검증한다. Solution-only 성공으로 CMake 제품 검증을 대체하지 않는다.
