+이 영역은 승인된 reference와 FESA HDF5의 deterministic comparison을 소유한다.
+솔버 실행, reference 생성·수정과 물리식 채택을 소유하지 않는다.
+
+- 비교 전 필요한 source instance·label·component·step/frame을 일대일 대응한다.
+  누락·추가·중복·nonfinite와 schema 오류를 tolerance로 무시하지 않는다.
+- Reference 값만으로 family scale을 만들고 approved near-zero·row·RMS·zero-scale 규칙을
+  적용한다. 임의 absolute floor·값 보정·nearest-time matching을 추가하지 않는다.
+- 현재 HHT 비교기는 지정된 729-node 모델과 101 frames의 선택 절점 U/UR용이다.
+  다른 모델을 인자로 받는다는 이유로 범용 comparator라 설명하지 않는다.
+- U blocking과 UR warning-only를 유지하고 warning도 결정적인 순서로 보고한다.
