# Build와 test 실행기

이 package는 config·project 감지·toolchain 선택, adapter 명령 계획과 process 실행을 소유한다.
수치 acceptance나 Feature 상태, Git와 agent 인계는 소유하지 않는다.

- Explicit config와 metadata에 따라 CMake/MSBuild를 선택한다. 모호한 project 감지를
  첫 번째 파일로 해결하거나 C++ source 존재만으로 별도 gate를 만들지 않는다.
- CMake 경로는 configure 이후 MSVC metadata와 CTest의 비어 있지 않은 JSON discovery를
  검사한다. Preset 네 필드와 실제 binaryDir의 일치를 보존한다.
- Argv list와 shell=False를 사용하고 cwd를 검증한다. CLI의 전체 deadline과 step timeout
  중 남은 범위를 적용한다. Backend side effect 전체를 격리한다고 주장하지 않는다.
- Nonzero·timeout·결과 검사 실패는 stage/argv/cwd와 출력 tail을 포함해 반환한다.
  자동 retry·commit·push·phase 결과 파일 생성을 추가하지 않는다.
- Config precedence, ambiguous metadata, non-MSVC, empty discovery, timeout 경계,
  backend exit와 runner exit 구분을 process seam으로 검증한다.
