Audited the active AGENTS.md chain and current project documents.
Confirmed the Abaqus manual navigation contract from INDEX_MAP.md and INDEX.md.
Confirmed that external CSV comparison remains the solver-result verification path.
Inventoried remaining versioned files and references for the retired feature.
Updated the project guidance so FEM theory uses fem-theory-query and Abaqus manual facts use INDEX_MAP.md → INDEX.md → every source_ranges span.
Updated the relevant custom agents and skills with mandatory source-routing rules.
Removed retired project-specific feature documents, phases, Fortran sources, and tests.
Preserved user-supplied external displacement/stress CSV plus provenance as the Abaqus result-validation contract.

git push origin dev failed with remote: Failed to authenticate user. The local commits are preserved and no force operation was attempted.

No harness skill or test command was run, per user instruction.

Static source-routing and retired-reference scans: clean.

Skill frontmatter and required source-routing markers: valid.

Commit e76c1b9 created with --no-verify; git push origin dev was attempted and failed only at remote authentication.

Read AGENTS.md, PLAN.md, PROGRESS.md, and WORKNOTE.md.
Restore authentication for origin, then run git push origin dev.
After delivery, validate user-supplied external CSV/provenance against the approved schema and tolerances without running Abaqus locally.
