Shell Surface Pressure Load 릴리스 준비 보고서

본 문서는 당시 revision의 검증·판정 기록이다. 본문에 남긴 원본 보고서 이름과 SHA-256은 통합 전 자료의 식별자이며 정리된 현재 파일의 byte hash를 뜻하지 않는다. 원문은 Git 858e87b의 해당 기능 폴더에서 확인할 수 있다. 현재 진입점과 대응 기록은 README를 따른다.

본 판정은 FESA 기능 전달 workflow의 내부 release readiness에 한정한다. Publish, deploy, package, tag, merge, commit, push 또는 외부 배포 권한을 부여하지 않는다.

6. Known Limitations

입력은 assembly-level TYPE=ELEMENT surface와 uniform DSLOAD P의 승인 subset뿐이다. *DLOAD, P n, PNU, HP, VP, SP, TRVEC, TRSHR, nonuniform/user pressure, AMPLITUDE, FOLLOWER, OP, REF NODE, *INCLUDE와 승인되지 않은 parameter는 지원하지 않는다.
Surface는 single-sided SPOS|SNEG four-node S4/S4R만 지원한다. Node/edge/double-sided, analytical/contact surface, part-level surface, implicit/mixed-instance ELSET, transformed instance, S3/S8/solid/continuum-shell/membrane/beam/rigid element는 범위 밖이다.
단일 linear static 또는 단일 approved NLGEOM=YES full-Newton static step만 지원한다. Dynamics, thermal, contact, buckling perturbation, cavity/pipe pressure와 multiple-step propagation은 제외된다.
기존 linear isotropic elastic MITC4 material/section만 사용한다. Material nonlinearity, composite/hyperelastic/plastic section, surface offset, thickness-face arm/correction 및 pressure distributed couple은 지원하지 않는다.
Pressure는 midsurface translational generalized force를 만든다. Rotational pressure entries는 exact zero이며 physical global moment는 force arm으로 평가한다. Invalid/collapsed/folded current surface는 tau_J=1.0e-12 gate에서 fail-closed한다.
Authoritative output은 기존 <stem>_results.h5뿐이며 surface/load 또는 pressure-only dataset은 추가되지 않는다. CSV는 product output이 아니다.
Stored external case는 S4, SPOS, positive P=1e6, NLGEOM=YES nonlinear displacement만 직접 검증한다. S4R, SNEG, negative/zero pressure, linear path, objectivity와 tangent는 passing blocking internal tests로 보완되며 별도 external reference case는 없다.
UR1/UR2/UR3 external comparison은 contract상 warning-only다. 이번 evidence에서는 모두 통과했지만 향후 warning-only mismatch는 blocking U verdict를 바꾸지 않는다.
Reaction CSV는 review-only, stress CSV는 excluded다. Local reaction distribution이나 stress agreement을 external acceptance로 주장하지 않으며 internal residual/equilibrium gate를 사용한다.
직접 적용 가능한 public S4/S4R follower-pressure benchmark가 없다는 연구 한계가 있다. Analytical/kernel/solution tests와 exact stored case로 보완했으며 실험 validation을 주장하지 않는다.
FESA는 독립 solver다. Abaqus를 포함한 다른 solver의 내부 formulation, quadrature, stabilization, tangent 또는 result-generation equivalence를 주장하지 않는다.

Deferred must requirement, unresolved defect, accepted blocking risk 또는 release-blocking open item은 없다.

8. Release Verdict

Verdict: ready-for-release.

필수 upstream gate, full build/test, blocking reference comparison과 physics evaluation이 모두 통과했다. Must requirement 24/24가 release scope, acceptance criterion, implementation/test 또는 applicable reference evidence와 최종 disposition에 연결되고, known limitations가 release notes에 포함되었다. Missing/failed/stale required evidence, unresolved defect, missing comparison file, tolerance conflict 또는 physics blocker는 없다.

이 verdict는 FESA 내부 feature delivery closure recommendation이며 외부 release 행위를 승인하지 않는다.

9. Handoff Recommendation

Coordinator Agent는 Gate 8을 passed로 기록하고 shell-surface-pressure-load workflow를 내부적으로 closure하는 것을 권고한다. 추가 Correction, Implementation, Physics Evaluation 또는 upstream decision return은 필요하지 않다. Publish, deploy, package, tag, merge, commit, push 또는 external release는 별도 명시적 권한 없이는 수행하지 않는다.

11. Open Issues

Missing evidence: 없음.
Contradictory upstream verdict/status/value: 없음. Archival pre-gate metadata와 compact trace shorthand는 Coordinator 승인 및 actual passing evidence로 교차 확인되었다.
Unresolved defects or failed corrections: 없음. Harness duplicate-verification timeout correction은 이후 automatic Stop full 362/362 PASS로 해소되었다.
Missing declared comparison files or mappings: 없음.
Release documentation gap: 없음.
Blockers: 없음.

현재 build·reference·물리 실행 기록은 검증 보고서에 통합했다. 과거 readiness와 현재 재검증 필요를 구분하며 이 정리는 새로운 release 감사가 아니다.
